Large grape compote features a ‘Grape” motif that was designed by Georg Jensen in 1918

A presentation piece that was a gift Georg Jensen & Nils Wendel presented to Frederik Lunning (1881-1965)on behalf of the Georg Jensen Silversmithy in 1928. Inscription translation: “With Thanks for 10 years of Service A/S Georg Jensen & Wendel” Frederick Luning brought Georg Jensen Silver to America, creating a new market for the company.

Measures 10.875 inches high and the bowl is 10 inches in diameter
