Georg Jensen Macrame Belt by Naja Salto No. 604. This macrame belt was designed by Naja Salto in the 1960’s.

The belt consists of woven blue, black and green macrame cords along with four sterling silver with blue and green enamel panels completed by an adjustable link chain.

The woven belt measures 27.25 inches and is adjustable up to 32.75 inches. The belt is approximately .5-inch wide.

The belt bears impressed company marks for Georg Jensen, Sterling, 925S, Denmark, Naja Salto, 604. The necklace is in excellent condition.

Note: Born in 1945, Naja Salto trained as a weaver at the Design School in Copenhagen in the 1960s. She has created numerous tapestries and installations around Copenhagen.
