Georg Jensen Carving Set No. 541/542 in Viking. The Viking pattern was designed by Georg Jensen in 1927. This two-piece carving set consists of a knife and fork both fitted with stainless steel ends. The carving knife measures 10.5 inches long andthe fork measures 9 inches long. Both pieces bear impressed company marks for Georg Jensen, Sterling, Denmark. This two-piece set is in excellent condition.
